File Processing

All file conversions happen entirely on your device using Apple's native frameworks (Core Image, Core Graphics, PDFKit). No files are uploaded to any server. No file contents are analyzed, logged, or transmitted over the network.

The app works completely offline. You can enable Airplane Mode and every feature will continue to work.

In-App Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments or have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions.

Website Analytics

Our website (universalfileconvertor.com) uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that collects anonymous, aggregated page view statistics. No cookies are used. No personal data is collected. No data is shared with third parties.

The iOS app contains no analytics, no tracking SDKs, and no third-party services of any kind.

Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store — Handles payments and subscription management. Apple's privacy policy applies.
• No other third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks are used.

Data Storage

• No data is stored on our servers — we have none.
• Conversion history stays on your device only.
• Uninstalling the app removes all local data.

Children's Privacy

Since we collect no data whatsoever, no special provisions are needed for children. The app is safe for users of all ages.
