By downloading or using Universal File Converter ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Universal File Converter is an iOS application that converts files between various formats entirely on your device. No files are uploaded to any server. The App requires no account, no internet connection, and collects no data.

Free Tier

  • 2 conversions per day
  • JPEG and PNG formats only
  • No account required

Pro Subscription

The following Pro plans are available:

  • Monthly: $4.99/month
  • Yearly: $34.99/year
  • Lifetime: $99.99 (one-time purchase)

Subscription Terms

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.

Lifetime Purchase

  • One-time payment grants permanent access to all current Pro features.
  • Includes all future updates to existing features.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal and commercial file conversion purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and all associated content are the property of the developer. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from file conversion. Always keep backups of your original files.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App if these terms are violated. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through an app update.
