What formats are supported?
Universal File Converter supports JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, GIF, BMP, TIFF, and PDF. You can convert between any of these formats, plus merge PDFs, extract pages, and create multi-page PDFs from images.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All file conversions happen 100% on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server. No internet connection is required. Your files never leave your iPhone.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
The free tier gives you 2 conversions per day with JPEG and PNG formats. Pro unlocks unlimited conversions, all 8 formats (including HEIC, WebP, GIF, BMP, TIFF), batch processing, full quality control, resize presets, and all PDF tools.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Universal File Converter and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app and go to the paywall screen. Your purchases are automatically restored via your Apple ID. If they don't appear, tap Restore Purchases.
Can I use it without internet?
Yes! The app works 100% offline. All conversions happen locally on your device using Apple's native frameworks. No internet connection is ever needed.
